Skill Set for Hardware Technicians
This Skill Set will provide you with the knowledge and skills required to perform a range of tasks that are undertaken by a network technician.
You will learn how to install and configure operating systems, run standard diagnostic tests, connect internal hardware, maintain equipment and software, create a small network and provide advice to clients.

Assessments across six units of competency are a combination of written tasks, case studies, research and practical project work.
This skill set provides credit towards ICT30115 Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology.
