The Double Diploma of Business Administration & Human Resource Management is ideal if you are an office manager or business owner who needs a wider-than-normal knowledge of human resource management issues.
It would also suit you if you have been fulfilling administration and human resource management roles for many years without formal qualifications and have a wealth of relevant experience.
There are 13 units to complete in the double diploma, compared with the usual 17 when both diplomas are done separately.
You will gain knowledge and skills managing human resource services, meeting legislative requirements for workforce safety, managing meetings and conferences and analysing and presenting company research information. Ideal candidates will already display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring your own workload and the workload of others.

Plan2go is a simulated workplace featuring a contemporary design and state of the art website. The purpose of this user friendly resource is to provide context to students when completing assessments and activities where a workplace is needed. Many of our students are not currently employed or working in small to medium enterprise, where they do not have access to policies and procedures. TAFENow provides pathways to employment and therefore many assessments require a workplace to review and critique.
Plan2go is a national travel and event technology company and the resource includes all of the plans, policies, procedures and product information you would find in a real organisation. You will find mission and vision statements, strategic and operational plans, WHS and risk management systems, position descriptions and project files. Our students find this resource invaluable for any course and many of the assessments in our business suite have now integrated the Plan2go simulated organisation into unit assessment
